Refunds

01 — Right of withdrawal and limited editions

Under the applicable legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

Specific conditions apply to our limited-edition items. The run of 25 hand-numbered copies concerns our textiles only: our vinyl pressings have their own run sizes.

Strict return conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, strictly unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Vinyl

Any vinyl record whose protective plastic sleeve has been opened or removed cannot be returned or refunded, in order to guarantee the integrity of the works and to protect copyright.

Shipping costs

Return costs in the event of withdrawal are entirely payable by the buyer.

02 — Damaged or defective items

If you receive an item damaged in transit or with a proven manufacturing defect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt through the form on the site, attaching clear photographs.
• Once validated, we will proceed with an exchange (subject to available stock) or a full refund, shipping costs included.

03 — Event tickets

Tickets for the events announced on this site are not sold by Oldschool Waves. The sale is handled by a third party, through a ticketing platform which itself acts only as an intermediary. Cancellation, postponement and refund terms are therefore the seller's, not ours: they are given to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email. If you cannot find who to contact about an event we announce, write to us and we will tell you.
